ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Tables shall be cleared promptly.
2 Staff shall receive training on The Licensing Act 2003.
3 All exits shall be kept clear of obstructions.
4 There shall be a first aid kit kept on the premises.
5 There shall be trained first aiders on site.
6 Annual safety checks shall be carried out, including fire risk assessment.
7 There shall be a regular litter collection around the premises.
8 Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
9 Alcohol shall only be supplied for consumption on the premises in accordance with the Rules of the North Molton Sports Club from time to time in force.
10 In particular no alcohol shall be supplied other than to: (a) Ordinary members or honorary members of the North Molton Sports Club who has been a member for at least 2 days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 2 days before their admission; (b) Bona fide guests of such members; (c) Visitors as provided for by rule 12 of the Rules; (d) Persons attending bona fide functions at the premises as per Rule 4 of the Rules.
11 There shall be rules of the Club for the election of members and a copy of such rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority and Police within 14 days of the passing thereof.
12 A list of the names and addresses of all members of the Club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand to a Licensing Officer.
13 No alterations shall be made to the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members of the Club without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
14 All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
15 No customers carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
16 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty. CCTV shall be installed and maintained to the satisfaction of the Police.
17 All exit doors shall be easily openable and shall be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
18 Means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, available and clearly identifiable.
19 Fire appliances shall be inspected and if necessary, replaced on an annual basis.
20 A satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report shall be provided.
21 A satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic emergency lighting report shall be provided.
22 In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public shall be fully operational.
23 Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits, requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
24 Challenge and Proof of Age Scheme shall be adopted.
25 All children entering the premises shall be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
26 Anti-drink driving posters shall be displayed on the premises.
27 A designated smoking area shall be provided outside both buildings as per plan. Drinks in plastic vessels can be consumed in these areas.
28 SIA registered door staff shall be in attendance for functions of a disco nature, primarily attended by persons under 25 years to the ratio of 1:75.
29 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in ORANGE on the attached plan (s).
30 Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
