ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 The premises will promote the crime and disorder objective in accordance with the Section 182 guidance.
3 The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the crime and disorder objective.
4 The premises will liase and co-operate with the responsible authorities.
5 A proof of age policy will operate in relation to relevant licensable activities.
6 A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times.
7 All inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
8 Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
9 Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the crime and disorder objective.
10 All windows shall be kept closed after the end of licensable activities.
11 A notice must be displayed prominently at all exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly and quickly.
12 There shall be a regular collection of glassware and emptying of ashtrays.
13 There shall be no entry for new customers after 0030hrs.
14 CCTV covering the inside and outside trade areas shall be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police. All images shall be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available to the Police upon request.
15 The premises will promote the public safety objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
16 The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the public safety objective.
17 Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the public safety objective.
18 The necessary fire safety precautions will be installed and maintained.
19 The premises will promote the public nuisance objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
20 The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the public nuisance objective.
21 Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the public nuisance objective.
22 The premises will be adequately ventilated to prevent public nuisance.
23 Arrangements will be made for the storage and disposal of refuse which do not cause a nuisance.
24 Any noise from the licensable activities provided will be monitored in order to prevent nuisance.
25 The premises will promote the protection of children objective in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
26 The premises will operate in accordance with all relevant legislation which promotes the protection of children objective.
27 Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the protection of children objective.
Non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
28 Non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
29 The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
