• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        Portable heating appliances shall not be used in the premises.
   

  2        Capacity limits shall be observed at all times.
   

  3        In the Main Hall, 100 people. Closely seated capacity to be 80 people.
   

  4        Fire exits shall remain unobstructed and easily identifiable.
   

  5        Doors shall be clearly signed, ‘Push bar to open’.
   

  6        Fire equipment shall be tested regularly and the appropriate certificate displayed.
   

  7        Doors and windows shall be kept closed whenever possible.
   

  8        For the final hour of operating, the music shall be quieter.
   

  9        There shall be no access to the premises for children if the entertainment is of an adult nature.
   

  10    The minimum number of attendants on duty for children’s performances shall be 1 per 50 children.
   

  11    Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
