ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE - THE BEACH CLUB
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
7 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
8 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
9 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
10 No indoxicating liquor shall be supplied other than to:
(a) a member of the Club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nominaton or application for membership was made at least two days before his admission.
(b) a bona fide guest of such a member.
(c) a person whose admission to the Club premises is provided for by Rule 12 of the rules of the Club.
11 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises except to a member in person.
12 There shall be rules of the Club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any alteraton in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority within 14 days.
13 A list of the names and addresses of all members of the said Club shall be kept on the premises (and produced on demand for inspection by a Licensing Officer).
14 No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members referred to in paragraph 1(c) above without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
15 Access between the Cafe and the Club to be permanently closed.

16 The sale of alcohol of all descriptions is authorised by this Licence.
17 Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
18 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
19 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
20 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
21 The above restrictions do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after permitted hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
22 The above restrictions do not prohibit or restrict, the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
23 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in COLOURED PURPLE on the attached plan (s).
