ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
3. No customers shall be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks from the premises.
4. All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
5. All-inclusive or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
6. A full fire risk assessment will be carried out of all public areas and appropriate warning notices displayed as necessary.
7. Notices shall be posted on all exits requesting that customers leave quietly.
8. Litter bins shall be provided in all external areas and regularly emptied.
9. Deliveries to the premises will not be made during anti social hours.
10. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
11. There shall be no more than 12 occasions per annum when live amplified music will be performed after 7:00 pm.
12. The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in PINK on the attached plan (s).
