• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said Premises Supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3        Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

   

  4        Where the film classification is not specified or the relevant licensing authority has notified the premises licence holder under Section 20 (3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003, the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the Licensing Authority.

   

• ANNEXE 2-  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.  No customers carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.

   

  2.  No customers shall be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks from the premises.

   

  3.  All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.

   

  4.  All-inclusive or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.

   

  5.  A full fire risk assessment will be carried out of all public areas and appropriate warning notices displayed as necessary.

   

  6.  Notices shall be posted on all exits requesting that customers leave quietly.

   

  7.  Litter bins shall be provided in all external areas and regularly emptied.

   

  8.  Deliveries to the premises will not be made during anti social hours.

   

  9. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.

   

  10. There shall be no more than 12 occasions per annum when live amplified music will be performed after 7:00 pm.

   

  11. The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in PINK on the attached plan (s).
