ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. When access to the entertainment venue at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Village is restricted to residents of Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parcs, the staffing of door stewards shall be at the discretion of the management.
3. When persons attending Woolacombe Bay Holiday Village for private functions with occupancy of less than 150 persons, door stewards shall be at the discretion of the management. Occupancy of 150 persons- 2 door stewards in attendance on site. Then one door steward for every 75 persons to a maximum of five door stewards available on site to be used as required.
4. CCTV cameras installed shall work to the satisfaction of the Police.
5. All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
6. All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
7. All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of key, card, code or other similar means and shall be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
8. There shall be an annual inspection of all portable fire fighting equipment, emergency lighting, electrical installation and gas appliances, a copy of which shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
9. In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public shall be fully operational.
10. Noise or vibrations shall not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
11. Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
12. Gaming machines shall be sited so at to be in full public view from the bar servery.
13. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
14. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
15. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
