ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member of The Bull Pen Club who has been a member for at least two days or whose noination or applicable for membership was made at least two days before his admission.
(b) a guest of such member bona fide entertained by him at his own expense.
1 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises, except to a member in person.
2 (a) The said Club shall have in force Rules for the election of members and a copy of such Rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Team and notice of any alteration in any of the Rules shall be given to the Licensing Team within 14 days of the passing thereof.
(b) A list of the names and address of all members of the said Club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a Police Officer in uniform.
Fire Officers recommendations to be complied with.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
4 The Club House premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
5 No customer carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
6 No customers shall be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks from the premises.
7 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
8 All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
9 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
10 Means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, available and clearly identifiable. All fire doors shall be maintained effectively self- closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices. All fire exits and means of escape shall be signed in accordance with BS5499.
11 There shall be an annual inspection of all portable fire fighting equipment, emergency lighting, electrical installations and gas appliances. A copy of which shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
12 In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public shall be fully operational.
13 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available.
14 Noise or vibrations shall not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
15 Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
16 Proof of age shall be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
17 Gaming machines to be installed in a position where they are visible from the bar servery.
18 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
19 Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
20 Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
