ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Capacity limits shall be enforced for seated performances and other activities (maximum of 184 persons)
2. A strict anti-drugs policy shall be enforced.
3. Crime prevention notices shall be displayed.
4. The premises are designated Non Smoking.
5. Where possible, non-alcoholic drinks and refreshments shall be served in disposable containers.
6. Means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, available and clearly marked.
7. Exit doors and fire doors shall be maintained and checked on a regular basis.
8. Fire notices shall be prominently displayed.
9. Adequate supplies of first aid materials and equipment shall be available.
10. Annual test certificates issued by approved contractors shall be provided for electrical installations, fire alarms, gas boilers and fire extinguishers.
11. Public liability insurance in the sum of £2 million shall be confirmed annually.
12. There shall be a minimum of 2 attendants for each seated performance.
13. Doors and windows shall be in the closed position whenever possible to minimise noise levels.
14. Patrons will be encouraged to leave the premises quietly in order to minimise the noise outside the premises.
15. There shall be no nudity or striptease at the premises.
16. Dancing will be either to live or recorded music and shall take place on the main hall floor.
17. Professional dancing shall be on the stage.
18. Performances for children shall have attendants on duty in excess of minimum requirements.
19. When children are involved in performances, they shall be under adult supervision at all times and chaperoned to and from the stage area.
20. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) marked RED on the attached plan (s).
