ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member of The Bull Pen Club who has been a member for at least two days or whose noination or applicable for membership was made at least two days before his admission.
(b) a guest of such member bona fide entertained by him at his own expense.
(c) a person whose admission to the Club premises is provided for by the Rules of the club.
2 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises save to a member of the said Club or a resident mentioned in the Club Rules.
3 (a) The said Club shall have in force Rules for the election of members and a copy of such Rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Team and notice of any alteration in any of the Rules shall be given to the Licensing Team within 14 days of the passing thereof
(b) A list of the names and address of all members of the said Club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a Police Officer in uniform.
(c) No alterations shall be made in the Rule providing for the admission of persons other than persons referred to in Condition 1.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
5 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
7 Children are not permitted in the bar areas, namely, the Games Room, Lounge, Family Room and soft play areas, unless meals and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale for consumption in that area and, they are in the company of a person aged 18 or over and are there prior to 10 p.m. between 1st April or Good Friday (which ever is sooner) to 30th September and daily to 9pm between 1st October to 31st March or Good Friday. In such circumstances, they may remain in the specified area for thirty minutes after the certificate has ceased to have effect for the consumption of refreshments.
8 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
