ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
6 Fire appliances to be inspected and replaced, if necessary, on an annual basis.
7 There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
8 Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
9 The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as hatched in RED on the attached plan (s).
