ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
7 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
8 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
9 The premises may remain open for up to 30 minutes after the end fo the period during which the retail sle of alcohol is permitted.
10 All bar staff, when recruited, shall be trained onthe Licensing Act 2003 and on Drug Awareness.
11 There shall be no all-inclusive evenings or other irresponsible drinks promotions.
12 Fire appliances shall be inspected and if necessary, relplaced, on an annual basis.
13 There shall be a regular fire risk assessment.
14 A notice must be displayed prominently at all exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
15 Noise from the premises shall be monitored to ensure that it is kept at a level so as not to annoy neighbours.
16 Photographic proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to under 21 years of age.
17 A record of staff training with regard to 'Proof of Age' policy shall be maintained.
18 Gaming machines shall clearly display a notice marked 'For the use of over 18's only'.
19 Cigarette machines shall clearly display a notice marked 'For the use of over 16's only'.
20 There shall be no entry or re-entry to the premises after 11:30 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
21 CCTV camera shall be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Police and the Local Authority, such camera covering persons exiting the premises.
22 There shall be a capacity llimit of no more than 80 persons in the Bar Area and no more than 20 persons in the Skittle Alley.
23 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
24 Regulated entertainment will be confined to the area (s) outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
Late night refreshment will be confined to the area (s) outlined in PINK on the attached plan (s).
