ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member of the Club who has been a member for at least two days whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his admission.
(b) a bona fide guest of such a member
(c) a person whose admision to the Club premises is provided for by the rules of the Club.
2 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises, except to a member in person.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
7 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
8 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
9 there shall be rules of the Club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited to the Licesing Authority. Notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Licesing Authority within 14 days.
10 A list of the names and address of all members of the said Club shall be kept on the premises (and produced on demand for inspection by a Licensing Authority member).
11 No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admision of person other than members referred to in paragraph 1 (c) above without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
12 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
