• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        The nature of the premises shall remain as a restaurant.
   

  2        All inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
   

  3        No customers carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
   

  4        No customers shall be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks from the premises.
   

  5        All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as possible.
   

  6        CCTV shall be installed both inside and outside, to the satisfaction of the Police.
   

  7        No events of a discotheque nature shall be held at the premises.
   

  8        The recorded music shall be kept to a reasonable level and turned down for the last hour of the evening.
   

  9        Doors and windows shall be kept closed whenever necessary.
   

  10    Children shall only be permitted onto the premises for meals before 2100 hours.
   

  11    Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
   

  12    The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
