ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 No customers carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses will be admitted to the premises.
6 No customers will be permitted to take out open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
7 All bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
8 All exit doors will be easily openable and will be available for egress whilst the public are on the premises.
9 Means of escape will be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
10 Exit doors will be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily. Records of these checks will be kept and produced on request.
11 All fire doors will be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
12 Curtains, hangings and temporary decorations will not obstruct exits, fire safety signs or fire-fighting equipment.
13 Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergency will be prominently displayed and maintained in good condition.
14 Fire drill and emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. Records of these tests will be made available to the Licensing Authority upon request.
15 All fire exits and means of escape will be signed.
16 An evacuation policy will be in place and all staff members will be trained in that policy.
17 Exit doors will open outwards.
18 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.
19 In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public will be fully operational.
20 To provide a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic electrical installation report. The inspection will be carried out annually and a new report provided each year.
21 To provide a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic emergency lighting report. The inspection will be carried out annually and a new report provided each year.
22 To provide a CORGI certificate of inspection of any gas boiler, calorifier or appliance. The inspection will be carried out annually and a new report provided each year.
23 To provide a certificate of inspection for portable fire fighting equipment. The inspection will be carried out annually and a new report provided each year.
24 To provide a certificate of inspection for any fire detection alarm at the premises. The inspection will be carried out annually and a new report provided each year.
25 Noise or vibration will not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
26 Doors and windows will be kept closed whenever necessary.
27 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
28 Regulated entertainment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
