ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Only residents and/or any persons who have booked a table meal shall be permitted to buy and consume alcohol in the bar and dining room areas.
2 No special offers/promotions shall ever run in the bar on drinks.
3 External lighting at the front, side and rear of the property shall be on from 1800 hrs (or earlier when daylight fades) and through the night, seven days a week.
4 There shall be a comprehensive risk and fire assessment carried out and measures taken and assessments/updates yearly.
5 There shall be signs advising guests returning to the premises to respect neighbours and their homes.
6 Extraction units in the kitchen shall only be operated between the hours of (a) 0800 hrs and 1000 hrs and (b) 1800 hrs and 2100 hrs.
7 Children are not accommodated in the premises and are not permitted in the bar/dining room unless the whole venue is booked for a private party.
8 When children are present, they shall only be admitted to the bar area if accompanied by an adult.
9 Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
10 Clear signage relating to under age drinking shall be displayed in the bar area.
11 The sale by retail of alcohol and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
