ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(i) Unless the premises have been structurally adapted and bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purposes of habitually providing the customary main meal at midday or in the evening, or both, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises;
(ii) On the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to their meal.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
3 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
5 The whole of the premises shall be operated as a Restaurant Licence where intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table means there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal. This part of the licence is operational throughout the whole of the year.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
7 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
8 This Licence shall be operated as a Full ON Licence for the bar area only as shown on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority 7th June 2005, for the period 1st April to 30th October in any year.
9 The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
