ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Intoxicating liquor shall only be supplied to:
(a) Persons over the age of 18 years who have paid a green fee for the use of Chulmleigh Golf Course, or who are owners of a current membership of the course.
(b) The wives, spouses or bona fide friends of such persons in category (a) above, attending the premises with them.
2 There shall be kept at the premises a register in which shall be entered the particulars of the persons visiting the premises under category 1(b) above; and the register shall be available for inspection by any representitive of the Licensing Authority visiting the premises.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
7 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for the consumption off the premises.
8 The grant of this Licence is conditional upon the premises continuing to be used as the Club House of a golf course.
9 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
