ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 There will be a wind down period of 30 minutes after the end of permitted hours.
6 Fire appliances shall be inspected and, if necessary, replaced, on an annual basis.
7 Fire exits to be kept unobstructed.
8 ‘In the event of fire’ notices to be displayed and escape routes sign-posted.
9 Emergency lighting equipment to be regularly maintained.
10 Signage to be displayed near the exit requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents.
11 Children under the age of 16 years are not admitted to the premises except on Boxing Day lunchtime and then accompanied by their family who are members.
12 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
