ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The sale of alcohol of all descriptions is authorised by this Licence.
2 Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
6 The above restrictions do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after permitted hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
7 The above restrictions do not prohibit or restrict, the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
8 A CCTV monitoring system shall be installed and maintained.
9 Images shall be recorded and retained for at least 21 days and shall be handed to the police or local authority upon request.
10 No deliveries shall take place between 2300 hrs and 0600 hrs the following day.
11 All staff to be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol.
12 The Challenge 25 scheme shall be in place and notices of this predominately displayed within the store.
13 An age refusals register shall be maintained, to record instances of where the sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
14 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
