ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All bar staff shall be trained on all aspects of The Licensing Act 2003 and on ‘drug awareness’.
2. There shall be no all-inclusive evenings or other irresponsible drinks promotions.
3. No drinks shall be served in bottles.
4. All exterior areas of the premises shall be illuminated.
5. There shall be a comprehensive fire safety risk assessment and procedure in place.
6. Safety equipment and emergency lighting shall be installed and evacuation procedures put in place.
7. There shall be an annual check of all electrical installations.
8. Qualified first aiders shall be on the premises at all times.
9. There shall be designated No Smoking areas.
10. Free drinking water shall be available.
11. At weddings, recorded music shall be reduced to background level during the “wind-down” period. Background music is taken to mean that which is inaudible at the boundary of the premises.
12. Children must be accompanied by adults when on the premises.
13. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
14. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
