ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The sale of alcohol of all descriptions is authorised by this Licence.
2 Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
6 The above restrictions do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after permitted hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
7 The above restrictions do not prohibit or restrict, the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
8 All staff shall receive training in the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 commensurate with their job role.
9 All windows shall be secured at night.
10 CCTV shall be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Police.
11 CCTV recordings shall be maintained for an appropriate period of time agreed with the Police.
12 If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Police shall be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps shall be taken to put the equipment back into action.
13 A notice shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising CCTV is in operation.
14 An accident book shall be maintained and kept at the premises.
15 Suitable and sufficient First Aid facilities shall be available on the premises.
16 There shall be an annual inspection of all portable fire fighting equipement. A record of which will be kept at the premises and shall be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
17 A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to or consumption of alcohol by under age persons.
18 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
