ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The business shall be operated in such a way to promote the 4 licensing objectives.
2 Signs shall be displayed concerning underage drinking, preventing public nuisance and respecting the needs of local residents as far as noise, litter and parking are concerned.
3 The premises shall be well lit during opening hours.
4 A CCTV system shall be installed and tapes shall be retained and made available to the Police for a period to be agreed with the Police.
5 An alarm system shall be installed on the premises.
6 Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years and signs shall be displayed to that effect.
7 Such requests shall be recorded in an incident book.
8 An incident book shall also be kept to record instances of unruly behaviour.
9 People shall be encouraged not to loiter outside the shop nor large groups allowed to gather.
10 A fire prevention survey shall be arranged and any recommendations carried out.
11 Shop aisles shall be kept clear of obstruction and rubbish at all times.
12 Exits and fire exits shall be clearly marked.
13 Deliveries shall not be made during anti-social hours.
14 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
