ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
7 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
8 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
9 No alcohol shall be supplied for consumption off the premises save to a member of the Bratton Fleming Sports Club.
10 No alcohol shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member or honorary member of the Club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his admission.
(b) a bona fide guest of such a member entertained by such member at his own expense in accordance with Rule 11 of the Club rules.
(c) visitors to the Bratton Fleming Sports Club as provided for by Rule 12 of the club rules.
11 There shall be rules of the Club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any alteraton in any of the rules must be made to the Licensing Authority.
12 A list of the names and addresses of all members of the said club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand to a Licensing Officer.
13 No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
14 No application shall be made under the authority of the licence for the grant of a Temporary Event save for the functions arranged by the Bratton Fleming Sports Club.
15 The CCTV system in place to be kept in good working order. Recordings to be kept for a period of 7 days.
16 Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
17 There will be no admittance to the premises after Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
18 Fire appliances shall be inspected and if necessary, replaced, on an annual basis.
19 Emergency lighting to be kept in good working order.
20 First aid equipment to be kept on the premises.
21 Children are not permitted in the bar area unless meals and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale for consumption in that area and, they are in the company of a person aged 18 or over and are there prior to 9 p.m. In such circumstances, they may remain in the specified area for thirty minutes after the certificate has ceased to have effect for the consumption of refreshments.
22 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in ORANGE on the attached plan (s).
