ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 When staff are recruited they shall be trained on the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 and on "drug awareness".
2 The premises may remain open for up to 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail of alcohol is permitted, as a "wind down" period.
3 Recorded music shall be reduced to background level during the 2wind down".
4 There shall be a regular collection of glasses and emptying of ashtrays.
5 Fire appliances shall be inspected and replaced, if necessary, on an annual basis.
6 There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
7 At least one suitably trained first aider shall be on duty when the public are present.
8 Only plastic glasses to be used on the patio area.
9 A notice will be prominently displayed at the exits asking customers to leave quietly.
10 Photographic proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
11 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as hatched in RED on the attached plan (s).
