ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. From 1800 hrs, 2 door supervisors shall be on duty at Club Ruda with an additional one at the premises from 2100 hrs.
2. Door supervisors shall carry with them proof of registration with the SIA and shall wear their name badges at all times.
3. No customer shall be allowed to bring alcohol in open or sealed bottles onto the premises.
4. There shall be a regular collection of glasses and emptying of ashtrays.
5. CCTV shall be installed at the premises and shall be kept in good working order.
6. Any recordings shall be kept for a period of one month.
7. Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
8. All staff shall be trained in the safe evacuation of the premises in the event of a fire or other emergency.
9. All fire escape routes shall be kept unobstructed and will be clearly identifiable.
10. All escape doors and escape routes shall be checked before the premises open for trading to the public.
11. All fire exit doors shall be available and shall be capable of being opened without the use of any key, card, code or similar means.
12. Fire doors shall be self-closing and shall not be held open other than by devices approved by the Fire Service or Health and Safety Department.
13. Hangings, curtains and temporary decorations shall be maintained in a flame-retardant condition and shall not obstruct fire exits, fire safety signs or fire fighting equipment.
14. Notices detailing the action to be taken in the event of a fire or other emergency will be prominently displayed on the premises.
15. Access shall be provided for the emergency services and shall be kept clear and free from obstruction.
16. Fire evacuation tests will be carried out every 6 months and a record maintained of those tests.
17. All fire fighting equipment shall be maintained in good working order and shall be available for immediate use.
18. At least one first aider shall be on duty and if there are more than one on duty, their roles shall be clearly defined.
19. All emergency lighting and fire safety signage shall be maintained in good working order and will not be altered without the approval of the Fire Authority.
20. There shall be no demonstration of hypnotism without the prior approval of the Licensing Authority.
21. An adequate supply of free water shall be provided for all customers.
22. A qualified medical practitioner shall be present throughout any sporting event involving boxing, wrestling, judo, karate or sport of a similar nature.
23. Doors and windows shall be kept in the closed position where necessary.
24. The playing of background music in any outside area shall not continue beyond 11.00 p.m.
25. No performances involving nudity or striptease shall take place at the premises.
26. Where performances are presented, especially for unaccompanied children, there shall be at least one attendant for every 50 children or part thereof.
27. All staff involved with entertainment and security staff must provide Parkdean Holiday Parks Limited with a Criminal Record Bureau Check.
28. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
29. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
30. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
