ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
OLD CLUB HOUSE/NEW CLUB HOUSE
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
5 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
7 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
NEW CLUB HOUSE ONLY
8 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member of the Club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his/her admission.
(b) a bona fire guest of such a member.
(c) a person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by rule 4 of the rules of the club.
9 There shall be rules of the Club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority within 14 days.
10 A list of names and addresses of all members of the said club shall be kept on the premises.
11 No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
12 Not more than 55 persons to be in the club at any one time.
OLD CLUB HOUSE ONLY
13 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member of the Club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his/her admission.
