ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
5 The cafe shall be supervised at all times it is open to the public.
6 An accident book must be kept and maintained on the premises.
7 A fire blanket shall be kept in full working order in the kitchen.
8 The fire and electrical equipment shall be checked regularly.
9 The volume of any music on the premises will be the responsibility of and controlled by the licence-holders.
10 Food will be available until at least 21:00 hrs when the premises are open.
11 No alcohol shall be supplied for consumption off the premises.
12 The premises may remain open for up to 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail of alcohol is permitted as a 'wind-down' period.
13 CCTV shall be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Local Authority.
14 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from tables and any public areas as soon as they are finished with or empty.
15 All drinks shall be dispensed in toughened glasses.
16 No cheap or irresponsible drinks promotions shall be permitted.
17 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan(s).
18 The provision of regulated entertainment will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan(s).
