ANNEX 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
(1) The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
(2) The CCTV system shall be working to the satisfaction of the Police.
(3) Recordings shall be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month-but to be agreed with the Police).
(4) If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police shall be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps shall be taken to put the equipment back in to action.
(5) SIA door staff shall be in attendance from 2100 hrs each Friday and Saturday evening and on other occasions when regulated entertainment is provided, at a ratio of 1:100.
(6) There shall be zero tolerance to anti-social behaviour, drunken, quarrelsome and violent persons.
(7) There shall be a regular collection of glasses and emptying of ashtrays.
(8) Exits shall be clearly signed.
(9) The emergency lighting system shall be maintained in good working order.
(10) Trade deliveries shall be made at reasonable times.
(11) Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
(12) There shall be no children on the premises after 2100 hrs.
(13) ‘No under 18’s stickers’ shall be placed on Amusement with Prizes machines.
(14) There shall be no striptease, nudity or other forms of ‘adult entertainment’ allowed on the premises.
