ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
6 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
7 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
8 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
9 There shall be no children on the premises after 9:00 p.m.
10 There shall be no all-inclusive or irresponsible drinks promotions.
11 There shall be no admission or re-admission to the premises after Midnight.
12 All bottles and glasses shall be regularly removed from the public area.
13 Amplified live music shall not be provided on more than four occasions within any one calendar month.
14 All windows shall remain closed throughout the period when amplified live music or recorded music for dancing is being provided.
15 Entry doors to the establishment shall be closed at all times when amplified live music or recorded music for dancing is being provided other than to allow entry or egress of patrons. Doors shall not be restrained open during these times.
16 CCTV shall be operational at the premises and shall be maintained to the satisfaction of the Cheif Officer of Police.
17 A store of 31 CCTV tapes shall be maintained at any time.
18 A notice shall be clearly displayed at the premises confirming that CCTV is operational.
19 All instances of crime and disorder shall be reported to the Police and a log of all incidents shall be maintained in a log book.
20 Appropriate consideration shall be given to the occupancy levels when open to the public, in order to maintain public safety.
21 All public exits shall be unlocked whilst the premises is open to the public.
22 All fire doors shall be readily openable in case of emergency.
23 The premises shall be managed with due regard to a crime prevention policy agreed by the Police and the Licensing Authority.
24 A proof of age policy shall be in operation.
25 No flashing lights or loud noise shall eminate from the premises.
26 The placing of bottles into recepticles/bottle bins outside the premises shall be carried out at times so as not to cause public nuisance.
27 Customers shall be requested to leave the premises quietly.
28 A no smoking and family area shall be available and seperate from the main bar area.
29 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol, regulated entertainment and la shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
