ANNEXE 2 CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 A Personal Licence Holder shall be on the premises when it is open to the public, so far as is reasonably practicable.
2 An incident book shall be kept on the premises to record details of any instance of public disorder.
3 A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to or consumption of alcohol by under age persons.
4 All exit doors shall be easily openable and any removable security fastenings shall be removed whenever the premises are open to the public or staff.
5 Means of escape will be maintained unobstructed and immediately available.
6 Exit doors shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
7 Access shall be provided for emergency vehicles and this access shall be kept clear and free from obstruction.
8 The Fire brigade shall be called to any outbreak of fire, however slight.
9 Exit doors shall open outwards or shall be secured in the open position.
10 An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
11 The licence-holder shall provide confirmation of public liability insurance in the minimum sum of £2.5 million. A new certificate shall be provided to the Licensing Authority each year.
12 The licence-holder shall provide a certificate of inspection for portable fire fighting equipment. The inspection shall be carried out annually and the licence-holder shall provide a new certificate to the Licensing Authority each year.
13 A variation of the premises licence shall be sought for any alteration of the premises which would make it impossible to comply with an existing licence condition.
