ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 Alcohol shall only be supplied with substantial table meals.
3 Hot beverages and soft drinks shall be available at all times that the premises are open to the public.
4 A Challenge 21 policy shall be operated.
5 A refusals and incident book shall be kept and be made available for inspection on request.
6 Staff shall be trained in their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol and written records shall be maintained.
7 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
