ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
6 CCTV in good working order shall be used with exterior lighting to monitor arrivals and departures at the club main door and on the adjacent path to and from the Club.
7 Fire action notices shall be posted in prominent positions.
8 Emergency escape routes shall be sign-posted prominently.
9 Admission to the club shall be controlled through a computerised door entry system, with unaccompanied guests being scrutinised before admission and being signed in by a member.
10 Members and guests who behave in a drunken or disorderly fashion shall not be admitted or served with alcohol.
11 Signage shall be placed near exits requesting members and guests to leave both the premises and the car park quietly.
12 Club management, steward and bar staff shall be trained on the relevant provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.
13 Signs shall be placed at all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.
14 The club shall not permit the use of the premises for stag/hen nights, lap dancing or strip nights.
15 The premises may remain open for up to 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the supply of alcohol is permitted as a "wind down" period.
16 The gaming machines shall be sited so as to be in full public view from the bar.
17 Notices shall be placed adjacent to the gaming machines prohibiting the use of the machines to persons aged under 18.
18 When junior discos are held in the premises the function room bar shall be kept closed.
19 Children seeking admission to the club for any purpose must be accompanies by an adult member.
20 Young adults applying for membership must satisfy the committee that they are over 18 by producing proof of age.
21 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
