• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

   

  2        Where the film classification is not specified or the relevant licensing authority has notified the premises licence holder under Section 20 (3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003, the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the Licensing Authority.

   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

   

  2        The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.

   

  3        The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

   

  4        The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
   

  5        All bar staff, when recruited, shall be trained on the Licensing Act 2003 and drug awareness.
   

  6        When a function is held at the premises, plastic glasses shall be used.
   

  7        There shall be a regular collection of glassware and ashtrays.
   

  8        Fire appliances shall be inspected and if necessary, replaced, on an annual basis.
   

  9        There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
   

  10    A notice shall be displayed prominently at all exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
   

  11    Children shall always be accompanied by adults when on the premises.

   

  12    The sale by retail/supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
