ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
1 Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises, otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to their meal.
2 All off-licence sales shall only be ancillary to a meal being purchased.
3 There shall be the provision of management of responsible drinking practice which is ancillary to a meal, which includes 2 Personal licence holders supervising on each shift.
4 Staff shall be trained in fire and safety, including the use of fire extinguishers.
5 Staff shall be trained what to do in the event of public nuisances.
6 Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 21 years.
7 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
