ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 No irresponsible drinks promotions will be permitted.
6 No persons will be admitted to the club after 2300 hrs for the supply of alcohol.
7 Fire appliances shall be inspected and if necessary, replaced, on an annual basis.
8 There shall be an annual inspection of the emergency lighting.
9 Fire doors and exits to be clearly signed and kept unlocked and unobstructed when the premises are in use.
10 Car parks and external fire escapes to be lit during opening hours (when dark).
11 Proof of age will be required from any person seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years
12 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment will be confined to the area (s) as filled in RED on the attached plan (s).
