ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 All exits shall be clearly marked and available for egress whenever the premises are open to the public, the signs to comply with BS5499.
6 Fire safety signs shall be illuminated with the provision of battery back-up in the event of a power failure.
7 Vehicular access to the rear of the building shall be kept clear for emergency vehicles. No parking shall be permitted in this area other than for trade deliveries.
8 In the event of an emergency, assistance shall be given to ensure the easy and rapid exit of disabled persons from the premises.
9 A first aid kit shall be available on the premises and there shall be a trained first-aider on duty at all times that the premises are open to the members and guests.
10 There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
11 There shall be an annual inspection of the gas boiler, calorifier or appliances by a CORGI registered engineer.
12 When functions are taking place, noise levels shall be controlled so as not to cause noise pollution to any neighbouring properties.
13 After a function has ended, members and guests shall be required to leave in a quiet, orderly manner, avoid the slamming of car doors or the revving of engines so as not to cause unnecessary disturbance.
14 CCTV shall be installed on the premises together with notices advising that it is in operation. Recordings shall be kept in line with Police recommendations.
15 There shall be a regular collection of glasses and bottles.
16 No bottles or glasses shall be permitted to be taken from the premises other than plastic bottles of soft drinks for refreshment on the golf course while playing.
17 Capacity limits requested by Police, Fire Safety Officer or local authorities shall be complied with. This shall be controlled by limiting the numbers of tickets available for a particular event.
18 Entrance to all club entertainment’s shall be by pre-purchased tickets.
19 There shall be no entrance to the general public or payment at the door.
20 Crime prevention notices shall be displayed warning that valuables must not be left unattended.
21 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as shaded in RED on the attached plan (s).
22 Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as shaded in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
