ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 A notice shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
6 CCTV recordings shall be kept for one month.
7 All inclusive or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
8 Means of escape must be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
9 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials must be available on the premises.
10 Noise or vibration shall not be audible at the boundary of the premises.
11 Children under the age of 11 years will not be permitted in the premises after 2100 hrs.
12 Prominent and clear notices must be displayed at the exits requesting members and their guests to leave the premises and the area quietly.
13 Notices must be displayed clearly stating that members, guests and visitors should refrain from using foul or abusive language.
14 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
