ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 No customer carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
3 No customers shall be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
4 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or empty.
5 A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the Police and the Local Authority shall be in place.
6 Substantial and reasonably priced food shall be available at all times the premises are open.
7 An incident book shall be kept and all instances of public disorder shall be recorded.
8 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of key, card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
9 Means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
10 Exit doors shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
11 Step edges shall be highlighted so as to be conspicuous.
12 All floor coverings shall be secured and maintained so that they will not ruck.
13 Free drinking water shall be made available at all times the premises are open to the public.
14 Doors and windows shall be kept closed whenever necessary.
15 The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises shall take place at times that will minimise disturbance to nearby premises.
16 Noxious smells from licensed premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
17 Due diligence shall be exercised with regard to sound levels of music.
18 Under 18’s are allowed on the premises and alcohol shall not be served to any customers under 18 years.
19 The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
