ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 All staff shall be trained in the proof of age Challenge 21 policy.
3 All inclusive nights or irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
4 Fire safety measures shall be maintained in good working order and their adequacy shall be determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment.
5 A safe occupancy level shall be maintained at all times.
6 Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits, requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
7 Deliveries and collections by vehicles shall not take place between 2300 and 0700 hrs.
8 Bottles disposal and other potentially noisy waste disposal activities shall not take place outside the premises between 2300 and 0700 hrs
9 Flashing or bright lights shall only be placed in positions that do not cause a nuisance to neighbours.
10 Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 21 years.
11 Acceptable means of identification are a passport, a photo driving licence or a proof of age card that has the PASS accreditation hologram on it. Photocopies shall not be accepted.
12 All staff shall be trained in this policy.
13 Records of this training shall be kept.
14 A notice advising customers that they may be required to prove their age before they can buy alcohol shall be displayed at the bar.
15 Any gaming and cigarette machines shall be clearly marked that they are for use by over 18’s only.
16 The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
