ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 Door supervisors to be employed when required by the Police.
6 No customers carrying open or sealed bottles will be admitted to the premises at any time.
7 No customers will be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
8 All bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
9 All exit doors will be easily openable and will be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
10 All inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions will not be permitted.
11 Means of escape will be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
12 Exit doors will be regularly checked to ensure they function correctly. Records of these checks will be kept and produced on request.
13 Curtains, hangings and temporary decorations will not obstruct exits, fire safety signs or fire fighting equipment.
14 Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or otherĀ emergency will be prominently displayed and maintained in good condition.
15 Fire drill and emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. Records of these tests will be made available to the Licensing Authority upon request.
16 All fire exits and means of escape will be signed.
17 An evacuation policy will be in place that is to the satisfaction of the Fire Authority. All staff members will be trained in the evacuation policy.
18 Exit doors will open outwards.
19 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.
20 In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public will be fully operational.
21 Fire appliances shall be inspected and replaced, if necessary, on an annual basis.
22 To provide an annual certificate of inspection for any fire detection system.
23 Prominent, clear and legible notices will be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
24 Deliveries and collections by vehicles will not take place between the hours of 2300 hrs and 0700 hrs.
25 Bottles disposal and other potentially noisy waste disposal activities will not take place outside the premises between the hours of 2300 hrs and 0700 hrs.
26 Offensive odours will not be permitted beyond the boundary of the premises.
27 Flashing or bright lights will only be placed in positions that do not cause a nuisance to neighbours.
28 Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
29 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
30 Films will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
31 Regulated entertainmentwill be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
