ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period, to allow last orders to be consumed less quickly, with access to toilet facilities.
2. All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
3. Sales of alcohol for consumption off the curtilage of the premise shall be in sealed containers.
4. All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of key, card, code or similar means and will be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
5. All fire doors shall be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
6. All fire exits and means of escape shall be signed in accordance with current legislation.
7. There shall be an annual inspection of all portable fire fighting equipment, emergency lighting, electrical installation and gas appliances. A copy of which shall be kept on the premises and will be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
8. In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public shall be fully operational.
9. Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits, requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
10. A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to or consumption of alcohol by persons under age.
11. Gaming machines shall be installed in a position where they are visible from the bar servery.
12. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
13. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
14. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
