ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. This Licence shall be limited to 25th, 27th & 28th July only.
2. Health & Safety and Fire risk assessments shall be undertaken with action plans.
3. On the 25th July 2007, the S.I.A. stewarding ratio will be 1:500. Additionally, the club stewarding ratio will be 1:250.
4. Methods of access and egress shall be maintained at all times.
5. No children will be served at any bar or at any event.
6. Identification shall be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years. The only acceptable identification shall be either a photographic Driving Licence or a Passport.
7. All bar staff shall be trained on The Licensing Act 2003.
8. Plastic glasses shall be provided for bars on the cricket ground.
9. Litter bins shall be provided.
10. There shall be lighting on the outside of the premises.
11. Entry shall be by ticket only.
12. Guests shall be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and courteous manner.
13. Exterior lighting shall be provided around the large marquee. Emergency lighting shall also be provided in that area.
14. Electrical installations shall be installed by a certified electrician and relevant certification provided.
15. Suitable and sufficient sanitary accommodation shall be provided.
16. The facility to purchase refreshments shall be available.
17. There shall be appropriate instruction, training and supervision of those employed or engaged, to prevent incidents of public nuisance.
18. There shall be management of people, including staff and traffic, arriving and leaving the premises.
19. A sufficient number of instructed, trained and supervised staff, employed or engaged, to secure the protection of children from harm.
20. Children shall only be allowed access to the bar if accompanied by an adult.
21. No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to procure items from any of the bars.
22. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan.
23. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan.
24. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan.
