ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. Alcohol shall be supplied only to members and their guests and the following:- (a) members of visiting golf clubs and visitors from other clubs and (b) members of clubs and teams participating in any competitions approved by the Committee and organised by the Committee on or from the Club Premises and (c) persons visiting the club by invitation or for official or sporting or social purposes.
3. Private events will only be held under the agreement of the Club Committee and by way of ticket only.
4. The maximum occupancy figures for the premises shall be 150 or as agreed with the Licensing Authority and Fire Service.
5. There shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions or all-inclusive evenings.
6. Any fire fighting equipment shall be checked on an annual basis.
7. All amplified sound shall be under the control of club management and shall not be excessive at any time.
8. Deliveries and collections shall take place between 0800 hrs and 1700 hrs.
9. The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) coloured GREEN on the attached plan (s).
