• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
   

  2        Alcohol shall only be served with a meal for consumption on the premises.
   

  3        Non-alcoholic beverages shall be available at all times the premises are open to the public.
   

  4        No customers shall be allowed to bring or leave the premises with open or sealed bottles.
   

  5        All tables shall be cleared promptly.
   

  6        There shall be no cheap or all-inclusive drinks promotions.
   

  7        Fire equipment shall be checked annually.
   

  8        All interior furniture shall comply with Fire Safety Regulations.
   

  9        A proof of age policy shall be implemented.
   

  10    The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
