ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 Non-alcoholic beverages shall be available at all times the premises are open to the public.
3 No customers shall be allowed to bring or leave the premises with open or sealed alcoholic drinks.
4 All tables shall be cleared promptly.
5 There shall be no cheap or all-inclusive drinks promotions.
6 Fire equipment shall be checked annually.
7 All interior furniture shall comply with Fire Safety Regulations.
8 A proof of age policy shall be implemented.
9 The nature of the premises shall remain as a restaurant.
10 Alcohol shall not be permitted to be taken off the premises.
11 The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
