ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless the premises have been structurally and bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purposes of habitually providing the customary main meal at midday or in the evening, or both, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises; and unless the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purposes of habitually providing for reward board and lodging, including breakfast and one other at least of the customary main meals.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises, where the premises are bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.
3 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to a member of the Club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before their admission.
4 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to a bona fide guest of such a member.
5 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to a person whose admission to the Club premises is provided for by the rules of the Club.
6 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises, except to a member in person.
7 There shall be rules of the Club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Team. Notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Team within 14 days.
8 A list of the names and addresses of all members of the said Club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a Constable in uniform.
No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members referred to in 4 above without the consent of the Licensing Team.
9 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there.
10 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friend (s) of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
11 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
12 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
13 There shall be afforded in the premises, for persons provided with a board and lodging for reward, adequate sitting accommodation in a room not used or to be used for sleeping accommodation, for the service of substantial refreshment or for the supply or consumption of intoxicating liquor.
14 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
15 The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
