ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 The premises shall promote the licensing objectives in accordance with the Section 182 Guidance.
3 The premises shall liase and co-operate with the responsible authorities.
4 A proof of age policy shall be in place in relation to relevant licensable activities.
5 Any drinks promotions shall not adversely affect the promotion of responsible drinking.
6 A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs shall operate at all times.
7 Customers shall be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
8 Staff shall be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the four licensing objectives.
9 The necessary fire safety precautions shall be installed and maintained.
10 The premises shall be adequately ventilated to prevent nuisance.
11 Arrangements shall be made for the storage and disposal of refuse which do not cause a nuisance.
12 Any noise from the licensable activities provided shall be monitored in order to prevent nuisance.
13 Non-alcoholic drinks shall be available.
14 The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
