ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by:
Ordinary members or honorary members of Ilfracombe Town Association Football Club whose nomination for membership shall have been submitted to the club at least two days prior to admission to the Club.
Members and supporters of visiting Football Teams.
2 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale of alcohol to a trader for the purposes of their trade or to a club with a Club Premises Certificate for the purposes of the club.
3 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, by a member of the Ilfracombe Town Football Club.
4 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
6 The times permitted do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
7 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
8 There shall be rules of the club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority within 14 days.
9 A list of the names and address of all members of the said club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand by a Police Officer in uniform.
10 No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of person other than members without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
11 No application shall be made under the authority of the licence for the grant of a Temporary Event Notice.
12 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
13 All members and guests would be expected to comply with the rules of the club. Any members or guests contravening the rules will be asked to leave the premises.
14 Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
15 Customers shall not be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
16 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or empty.
17 Any Police requirements will be complied with.
18 All electrical supplies shall be checked annually.
19 All fire extinguishers shall be checked annually.
20 All fire exits and means of escape shall be properly signed.
21 Emergency lighting shall be supplied where appropriate.
22 Adequate first aid equipment shall be available.
23 Doors and windows shall be kept closed when necessary.
24 Any music would be played within reasonable noise limits.
25 Notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to leave the premises and the area quietly.
26 Children shall only be allowed in the club if accompanied by an adult and be restricted from the bar area.
27 The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
