ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
2 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
3 There shall be a proof of age policy for all persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years after 2200 hrs.
4 There shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions.
5 All bar staff shall be trained in The Licensing Act 2003.
6 Doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment takes place.
7 Food will be available at all times whilst the premises is open for the sale of intoxicating liquor, with the exception of 30 minutes prior to closing.
8 The nature of the premises shall remain as a restaurant.
9 Children shall only be admitted to the premises for meals before 2100 hrs.
10 Persons under the age of 18 years shall not be sold alcohol when not eating.
11 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
12 Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
13 Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
